Default PartyPoker font problem

I recently installed Party onto my stepsons desktop computer. But, the lobby is all messed up. The sections that contain the game types/limits and the table list are displayed using a larger and bolded font. This causes the All, C, T and My Favorites buttons to be overlayed and inaccessible. The table list now covers the Open Table and Join Waitlist buttons.

My stepson has installed a program (runs as Windows service) called WinStylerThemes. I have tried stopping this service but the problems persists. I think this product may have altered which fonts are used as the system standard(s).

How do I determine what font is being used by the Party lobby?
How can I reset my fonts to the 'standard' fonts?

I tried a recommendation found using Google to change my DPI settings to a custom level, reboot, then change it back. That didn't help.

Can anyone help shed some light on this problem?

Thanks,
