Final Pot: 9.20 BB

I've been playing pretty tight so far at the table. I haven't really had much to play with. I don't have many hands on chezlaw and I'm not quite sure what his image of me may be

my main issues with the hand are what to do on teh turn and river. I'm fairly sure that I'm ahead on teh turn as his flop check to me seemed like he had a hand like middle PP or A9s. I'm sure his turn raise to my bet is to see if I'm FOS or not, so should I be calling the river(I'm prone to making calls out of spite, which usually results in BBs in other people's accounts)?

I can't imagine what Chez has here that isn't something like JT or JJ.

I probably fold PF also, Chez has a pretty tight UTG range, and T2s is just not quite good enough, even getting 5.5-1. Obviously, if SB calls, easy call for you.

Fold preflop. I like the flop check & turn bet. After that I have no idea because that's a retarded board to slowplay anything.

This is a bad board to check JT or JJ as well. I'm not sure how Chezlaw plays, but if I check that flop I probably have an underpair to the 8 since just about everything else in my range hits that flop enough for me to bet. I would never take this line with anything so I can't say what he has. Even if I flopped the nuts here I'm betting because I expect to get a lot of action. I would play this the same after the flop.

they hadn't been around all that long, but they were CCing a fair amount, open limping, peeling bad flops in multi way pots

yea, part of what I was thinking was that I knew that he is a pretty tight player. But, I had been noticing that he was responding to a fairly tight table and opening a bit more then I'd expect him to(we'd been playing together for about 45 minutes at this point). I know that the PF may be thin, I'm also wondering if I should bother calling the river

I think if this is the case than I like playing the hand exactly how you played (except I'd fold preflop). The reason I asked about the button is that if he was somewhat solid based on his stats, there is a chance chez assumed that he would always bet the flop and he could c/r. Since the button is a calling station though not betting the flop with hands that beat yours seems like a really bad play by chez.

Chez is never checking behind this flop and then raising turn with an underpair.
