This looks like a fair lame attempt at pot control to me. If he shows up with QT so be it but I'm definitely raising this turn and happily committing.

Also, with this uber wet flop 2 big cards + flush draw vs 2 people I'd make it a full pot rather than 4/5 but that's pretty nit picky.

i'd raise stronger on the turn. too many scare cards can come on the river.

Yea the more I look at this the more I think turn raise. As played.. river fold good? I don't see many one pair hands making this bet, and people at this lvl don't really bluff like this with whiffed draws that often.
