Default A live hand against a maniac and an unknown

Live hand
1-2 NLH
Full Table.
Hero has about $92, which is almost a full stack (100).
Maniac is in MP with $400. Maniac loves to raise and will call all-ins with KJ, TA, 44, just about anything.
Unknown has a full stack of 100 and is griping about the pots he lost to maniac. Unknown is on Button
Hero is UTG +1 with QQ

Blinds 1,2
Hero raises to 10 straight
Maniac raises to 30
Unknown on Button pushes 100.

With maniac's likely calling overlay I think you should call and gambool here.

Folding isn't terrible BTW as button will show A's / K's but will also show the AK / AQ hands that will make it profitable for you to gambool here.

If button was known tighty you should fold.

Button's hand is the biggest concern, and he seems to be tilting and also to have it in for the maniac personally, so I think I would call.
