if you think he's bad, can't handread (judging by his stack size the first 2 are probably right), and has a fold button, bet something like 55. actually i think you should regardless, because a lot of his range is hearts/q9/k9/qt/kt. unless villain really doesn't have a fold button it's gonna be very tough to call with less than a decent jack here.

he bought in for 80.00 and picked off one of my bluffs earlier, so he's actually up 70.00 or so on me.

If he caught you bluffing before, I would consider checking behind turn. It is a kind of board where suspicious villain can find a lot of ways to call you down. As played, I would give up. It sucks when he shows like Kh5h, but what can you do.

Give up here, you are going to get called down very light.

This type of situation was a leak of mine in the past. I like that you double barreled your draw against a weak opponent, but he's just not folding much on the river.
