4-8 K-Q VS. ROCK.....LIVE:
table is loose passive, 5-6 preflop with 2 or 3 terrible players. villian is senior ROCK. my image is taggish i presume, only in a few hands after about 2 hours in.
2 folds to HERO UTG2 who raises with K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] all fold to villian in CO who calls,BUTTON, SB, BB all fold. 2 players,5.5 BBs. FLOP: K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] HERO BETS, VILLIAN CALLS. TURN:10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] HERO? this guy is as tight as they come.preflop range AA,-JJ AKs, AK. the flop call narrows it down, and i believe im beat here 100% of the time. can i fold this or is this a C/C line the rest of the way? |

lmao, are you kidding? Even if he has to have AA or AK to call this flop you're a favorite...

Re: 4-8 K-Q VS. ROCK.....LIVE:
you'r asking about a situation only u know about. Tour dead to AK. thats it.
As a general question. keep betting. otherwise. id' say a good read |

Re: 4-8 K-Q VS. ROCK.....LIVE:
there's no reason to play this passively yet, he has not shown any strength and AK is much less likely for him given the 3 kings already out. even against the tight range you've posited you're usually ahead (6 AA, 3 QQ, 6 JJ, only 4 AK). definitely bet turn, & if raised, I would need a strong read not to 3-bet.

Re: 4-8 K-Q VS. ROCK.....LIVE:
how am i a favorite here against his most likely holding wich is A-K..AA is 3 betting preflop, and anything other than A-K in this guys range hes folding the flop. the flop call narrows it down to a-k here almost everytime.

Re: 4-8 K-Q VS. ROCK.....LIVE:
AK exclusively is a very narrow read, but if you're this confident in it, that supersedes whatever analysis we can give. you're at the table, not us. but I think smaller PPs scared of the K and planning to calldown are in his range, too.

7-7 is raising this flop, every other small pair is folding here on the flop.
