Dont fold. Simple.

You'd be folding way to much if you fold small flushes when chips start to fly.

i think i just second guessed myself for a second after losing a cooler fairly deep, but i guess this is a no-brain call.

I'm sure there's a few :P

But they are gonna get married to their AK with a spade on the flop / their set. Just do your best to get it allin on the flop, IMO that's where you'll get the most worst hands to go with you.

definitely 3bet the flop, for the reasons TianYuan mentioned.
