[ QUOTE ]
Realistically, what hand do you want him to put you on here? [/ QUOTE ] I think his range consists of weak aces, flush draws, air and sometimes Qx. I think he rarely has AQ or better here. Does a solid player really call off his whole stack with Ax here hoping for a split. Does he call with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]? [ QUOTE ] Also, do you take this line with sets? [/ QUOTE ] Sure, and AQ/A2 as well. [ QUOTE ] When did check call flop, lead turn become a weak line. [/ QUOTE ] When I take this line I normally have a marginal one pair hand, though occasionally air or trips etc. However tbh I'm not entirely sure what most TAGS have when they do this. |

Re: NL200 Shoving over turn donk with a draw
your calling him a donk but he will fold AJ in this spot, I doubt that.
Personally I think check on flop can work better in this spot depending on his stats. Simply allows you to see a free card to your draw unless he is very weak and will call this PF OOP with KJ, but i believe he has Ax here most of time and betting into that IMO is a mistake. Turn I also dont like because your drawing at a 9 high flush on a paired board. |
