Default NL400 - QQ in RR pot

Villain is
30/21/4 through good sample - no other reads than that

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $401.90
Hero (BB): $502.40
UTG: $134.60
CO: $399.80
BTN: $394.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $12.00</font>, CO calls $12.00, BTN calls $12.00, <font color="red">SB raises to $64.00</font>, Hero calls $60.00, 3 folds

Flop: ($164) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $124.00</font>, Hero calls $124.00

Turn: ($412) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB insta shoves all-in for $213.90</font>, Hero.....

Normally I muck here, but villain seemed a bit lag. What are thoughts on making a small 4bet pf to about 150? Is that terrible?

shoving QQ preflop online pretty much can never be bad. AK might even fold and if so, that is a huge coup.

As played I would call especially if the is laggier. Also, if he is LAG pushing pre cannot be too bad.
