Why not fold?

Flush draw out there and really dry board. Impossible to give villian credit for the 2.

WPR,

first i thought you were calling, because you wanted to take it away later.
But now i see that u think we`re ahead.
How can we ever be ahead here?
He has to be on a total bluff.
I usually expect to see FD+Overs or a better PP/9x

I thought the Question from OP is, how to push off Villain from his hand...

pushing is the worst line you cant take since he calls with his overpairs / trips / full houses / and the flush draws with better than 50% equity against you, and folds the air.

He's winning player? I'd say this COULD be air because its very small. Problem is if you 3bet to $160, you're going to get shoved in a lot by 9x and flush draws. I'd probably call down and fold to a club on turn or riv.

Yea, I mean to call we have to put him on a bluff or a flush draw a decent portion of the time. Folding would be good too, but you have to realize if we are always cbetting on a flop like this it's going to be +EV for villian to CR often if we are not sometimes calling with hands like 66.

I really don't know many winning players that are looking to play 9x allin here on the flop. By the time Hero 3 bets this flop his range should be narrowed down a lot to overpairs/boat/AcKc.

In general, I agree. I really got the impression from the post that he thought villian was bluffing though.

Push is soooo bad. It allows him to play perfectly. He's not calling your push without a hand that beats you. The best you can hope for is turning your pair into a bluff and repping AA-JJ and moving him off his pocket tens.

Call the raise and if he confidently bets strong out of position give him it this time and pay close attention to his potential to make moves down the line.

Why are you we pushing if we think villain is bluffing?
