Theyre not strictly lying, its just that they dont understand the problem. They are however lying in that they are pretending to understand the problem when actually they do not.

There's a really thin line here. They never seem to understand the problem when it involves problems with their software. The added benefit of this is that they never have to admit to there being a problem with the software.

Edit: last sentence made no sense.

Fair point, they do seem to play ignorance every single time. I can't believe they still deny the waiting list bug, after all these years.

Hi Mat,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately I am not at liberty to disclose player FRIA4EVER losing
hand, during game session 6477444616. Due to the reason, that your
opponent had selected the “Muck Losing Option” in advanced and since he
lost the hand, and neither bet first or raised.

This is the reason why his hand was mucked.

Best Wishes,

Karen Donnellan

Just sent this reply(doubt it will change much as they dont understand thier customers well or even thier own staff)

Been discusing this with a few players and we all agreed that your wrong. We belive that when a player has "muck losing hand at showdwon"this simpally applies to the hand being not shown to the table at showdown and not being unavailable in the hand history is simpaly ridiclous.

If i was playing poker LIVE and this happened and i requested to see the losing hand the dealer would not be able to refuse!

So again i want to request this info and eblive this is a reasonable request as as far as i know muck at showdown losing hands/uncalled hands is only to not show the table the hand and the hand is still written to the hand history folder!

This is it,i think the host asked support and they told her about the "muck losing/uncalled hands" option at showdown and obvousiley she doesnt understand this simaplly means not to show the table.Everyhand that goes to showdown is written to the hand history regardless of this being selected or not.

So this is all just a missunderstanding.Problem with Party and simple things like this is it frustrates us so much as they dont have a clue. Its like talking to monkeys at times

Why?

If you called me down on T-9-3-2-2 with JJ and i showed QQ and i asked to see the losing hand it would be for my own info.Thats my right to see a hand at showdown and thats what this post is about.

If you think otherwise maybe you should seek help

lol.

the point of that rule is to prevent collusion partyscout... live players do not react well to you asking to see their mucked cards.
