gross spot. no reads huh? sure makes playing poker tough which is what you really need to do on this river. I basically hate check/calling though. check/fold is probably best.

I checked the river to induce a bluff, which may or may have not been a terrible spot to do it

what hands do you think are going to 3bet pf and bluff the river? inducing a bluff doesnt make much sense here.

most hands that have some hope of winning at showdown (like the nut/second nut no pair) will check behind. If he had stuff like QJ/QT/JT spades in his range, those are the types of hands he'd stab with, but I dont think he does.
