4/180 steal gone wrong, river decision
This is last 25 or so in the 4/180
PF is a steal. My image should be tagish. No read on villain as he just moved to my table. Probably should have folded PF, but I think I have to call this flop, this bet is just too weak. I tanked river, but couldn't think of a hand that takes this line and beats me, plus I'm getting good odds. What do you think? Flame away. Re: 4/180 steal gone wrong, river decision
You need to think about what you are going to do rest of hand if you do indeed get called before you actually try to steal. I don't really see the point of raising pf, stealing or not, and then checking the flop. I always always fire on the flop. It's probably cheaper over the long run then check calling all the way down. I would fire ~1500 on flop and if you get called then shut down. As played, now you have absolutely no idea where you stand, I'd fold.
