I can't seem to get FTS to raise 4xBB preflop. I set it to 4xBB under the Street Bet - Ring Tab but it always just raises pot (3.5 BB). How do I fix this?

Are you playing Pot Limit? If so, you can't bet more than pot.

I tried your settings and I'm not able to duplicate what you are seeing (except when you are in the small blind, then you will get a 3.5x raise, as noted in the documentation and on the street bet tab).

Perhaps it is dependent on the stakes you are playing. Give me an exact example of the what position you are at the table, how many limpers, the blind amounts, and how much it bets when click the RButton.

Not seeing the pot% of the bet.

PTS does not close the table when when I click X. The dialog box appears but I can not get the pointer to the ok button. Have to use Task Manager to close table. Woops, that didn't work. The table goes away and then the client closes. Tried it with FTS shut down and table closes ok.

I have to click "get more chips" to reload. But it is auto after I click.

Hey BeeeBack,
Please check the Help...About and see if you are using version 1.33
Your symptoms seem to be of a version prior to 1.33 with the new release of the Full Tilt software.

Let me know if this is not working for you in version 1.33. If not, please provide as many details as possible, as I haven't seen this before. What does the message say? If you could do a screen capture of it, that would be helpful.

jerkface, set it to 4.2 instead of 4. That's what I've had to do to get a 4x raise.

I play 1/2 NL (6-max). It doesn't matter which position I raise from (except the blinds), when I open the pot, it raises to $7. If there is 1 limper, it goes to $9. With 2 limpers, it's $11.

Thanks for the tip. I tried 4.2 but it still doesn't work.
