people saying never fold kk pf for 100 bbs are the same people clamoring for you to never fold a set ever.

Don't fold KK preflop for < 150bbs.

The games today are so aggro that you can't reliably put players on a tight enough range to make this kind of hero fold profitable. Unless they're 11/2.1/1.5 of course.

And they're right in both cases.

I might be able to find a fold with bottom set on like a T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to a nit that raised utg pf, but I certainly wouldn't like it.

But 33 on a 3-6-T flop is never a fold. Never.

Same reason as before. Set-over-set and AA over KK pf happen so rarely, you'll lose more money by making bad folds in these cases.

I remember there was a big post by aba some time ago about him hating himself for calling off a couple buy ins preflop when he knew his opponent had aces. Next morning he wakes up and says he did some math and its purely a cooler and that you have to be at least 3BI deep to be able to fold KK preflop proftiably no matter the opponent. Some other guy did some math on that and came up with being 315 deep or somethinhg like that.

Let me ask you how many sets in your poker career have you folded profitably on the flop online? Any hand histories?

NEVER FOLD EITHER. obviously on scary boards with 3 running suited cards you can find a fold in a 3 way pot with a set. People give villains at SSNL way too much credit. Folding KK in ssnl PF is never OK
