Fold - you're toast to over pairs, sets, A9, etc. If you had more than 5 outs, it might be worth staying.
The pfr and cbet is fine but after his flop call and big bet here- you're playing for stacks if you stay in. |

Yeah, he does this sometimes when you are ahead, but he does this often when you are murdered and the times you are ahead you equity isn't particularly high (v. drawy board, lots of overcards to the board). |

Its not even a thought with middle pair. Probably calling with top pair tho as this line usually isnt one that represents a particularly strong holding.
