If I'm having a long, annoying session I'll quit as soon as I'm up a reasonable amount (even if its just a couple hundred) so that I can feel good about buyng some booze and food.
Sometimes I'll start a session and quit in <10 minutes when I realize I just don't feel like playing. Frequently I just quit when I realize I'm sitting at a bunch of 5/10 or 10/20 tables and all the fish are gone and I've been playing for an hour already and don't want to grind out 2/4.

I tilt hard and quit after making a big mistake. Other than that, I finish if my mind gets dull, or if the tables go to s--t.
