I listen to mine if the game is boring and nobody is talking or if there is a really annoying person next to me.

I can barely stand playing live a couple times a month, let alone almost every day.

I listen to mine on a very low volume. I like to hear what people are saying and when they talk about their hands. At the same time I need music to get in the zone.

Love my headphones. I've got those bigass ones that cover the whole ear. Sometimes the music is on, sometimes not. I usually turn it down or off when in apot, and usually ignore almost anything said to me while wearing them. In a conversation, I uncup one ear. People who talk a lot at the table annoy the [censored] out of me. Ironic, since when I'm not wearing headphones I'm really quite an annoying chatterbox.

Maybe I'm just antisocial, but I usually put the earphones in and leave the music off at the table. Keeps people from talking to me and helps me get "in my own world" so I can concentrate.
