Default weird crappy spot

raise in HJ with TT. button (23/17/3.5) calls. 36/18 SB who plays taggy postflop calls.

stacks are 115 bb

flop is 884r (pot 66)

sb pots it to 66, call, button makes it 166, sb folds

i hate polls but i'm adding one because i'm curious about the breakdown

too small a raise to fold now. Id call and fold turn becuase people will often shut down with 99-55 type hands

if the flop action had gone check, we cbet, he raises, SB folds, sure take a turn

as it is.... i think we're up against an 8 or better wayyyyyyyyyy more often that we see 55-99, and there are no real draws

well if he's raising 99-55 it's as a bluff, since 55 is clearly no good and 99 is rarely good

tough spot. if he was trying to get you off a hand like TT (which is pretty much what you're repping) he'd probably raise more. this looks like valuetown, so i fold.
