I dont think I could have played this any differently postflop, but as a rule, with 5 players should 99 reraise a small bet like this?

Calling the min raise was okay. Many players make this min-raise with high cards, any pair as low as two and as high as aces, and suited connectors. (Only fish and donkeys frequently make main raises BTW.) Judging from the UGT's raising post flop action he must have smoething like AT or an overpair.

If you hadn't hit the set in this hand you may have to get outta there depending on what is on the board and what you know about you opponent.
