Relatively more freedom* than almost anyplace else.

* = Meaning not just freedom from government obstruction, but also the freedom to own a nice house and car with even a somewhat below average income, and the freedom to use modern amenities (because they do exist in your community). Being rich is an inherent boon to freedom.
