How did this thread come back from the dead over a year later?

Anyway, it was fun re-reading it and laughing at some of the wacky responses defending Stars' actions on this one.

There was absolutely no reason to freeze my account.

If they were really so concerned that MY account had been compromised as well, they could have easily called me and straightened it out right away.

This was basically a complete disgregard for common-sense handling of a security situation. Instead, they went into panic mode and froze every account that had ever received (literally) 1 penny from HoldumGod.

There was nothing to be gained or protected from freezing my account. Period.
