Most bad to decent players are gonna continue to put you on AA or maybe even AK, so capping/3betting 66 or 44 doesn't seem like getting out of line to them.

I would cap the river even if the only reason is that it's online and I can't get 5 bet.

66 seems more likely to limp UTG than 99, but that's just me.

I think I cap the river. Either you win big or lose big. I believe the times you are ahead here outweigh the times you are not - if ever so slightly.

BTW - Party Poker is still viable to play?
