Default [100NL] Overpair + straight draw + flush draw --> now fold

I think this one is easy, but I need a confirm. Villain is 49/16/1.19... His river aggression is 6. This is over 320 hands. He's the fish at the table.
Two questions:
- The river is a fold?.
- Does anyone check the turn behind? If so, with what reasoning?

$54 in the pot before his river bet, so you certainly have to call here. I don't see checking the turn; don't give him a free card, as it's unlikely that villain happens to hold q-j, j-10, or a-k (and if so, find out now).
By the river, again, you're likely priced in, as this could be a desperation bluff or a misguided value bet with top pair enough to justify a call for that price.

Really? the bare 9 is a straight + a bunch of two pair hands in there; heck, he could even have the flush and slowplayed me as bad players do. On this board my 'kings' have shrunk into 'only kings'. I would think we're beat and the only reason I could be inclined to call is because he's betting rather small and we're getting good odds.
