Re: AK, fold this flop?
I don't see how you can even think of calling this push.

Re: AK, fold this flop?
Sorry guys, I've just converted to NL from limit, and read the short stack section in GSIH. It didn't really discuss situations like this.

[/ QUOTE ] In that case, I think your going to have to size your preflop raises bigger so that you can still get a 100bb stack all in on the flop. Try a preflop raise of 30xbb and then a flop push. Re: AK, fold this flop?
I think you should move down until you have some basic rules internalised.
Rule 1: Don't call an all in for 95BB without being able to beat bottom pair. |

Re: AK, fold this flop?
You realise that you could fold AA here if SB is decent.

Re: AK, fold this flop?
the point that no1 has mentioned is the fact that he only has 100$ so only has 60$ left behind wen the SB goes allin.
u shudnt be sitting with less than the buyin unless u feel you can play cash better with 50BB or watever... if the reason why ur posting is because u have so little left at a 200$ table wen the SB makes this move then just top up...then u wont have the 'but that leaves me with nothing' scenario that uv landed urself in. either way, with 200 or 100, its an instafold. |
