USB Video Card ? Is there such a thing?

Hello,

I recently bought a USB sound card, because my laptop had a terrible audio. http://www.soundblaster.com/products...p;product=9103. But I was thinking if there is something similar to that but for video? If there is a powerfull VGA that you can connect trough USB that would make me able to finally play some games on my laptop, I have this great setup but my vga sucks.

i would think the usb wouldnt be fast enough for gaming but they have usb video card type things
