Someone with the Lions/Broncos game...how was a "short left pass" to McDonald a 50 yard TD. Screen?

[/ QUOTE ]

Corner blitz, and passed over the blitzer into the flat just pass the line of scrimmage.

Wow Marvin Harrison isn't playing

[/ QUOTE ]

I think that makes the Pats a favorite even to me. I hope not, but I want Peyton to have all his weapons available. This is a long-term thinking move by Dungy, obviously. We don't need Marvin in this game nearly as bad as we'll need him in the likely rematch for a trip to the Super Bowl.

[/ QUOTE ]

Colts would need 3 Marvin Harrisons to be the favorite.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't know, reigning Super Bowl Champions, at home, with Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, Joseph Addai, Bob Sanders, Dwight Freeney, the top passing defense in the league coming into this week, having beaten better competition than New England has...

Its closer than you think, but I've tried to keep it in the thread dedicated to that game alone.

AP is really dishing out the hits against the San Diego defenders. He's well on his way to another 200+ game.

I wish I could have gotten the Lions game today considering how well they must be playing. Instead I'm watching the Chiefs blow it in a game where the Packers aren't playing well.

Call me crazy, but I'm starting to actually wonder if the Lions are indeed better than the Packers.
