Default JTs isolation gone bad

utg limper is uberdonk 90/4/.3/40% WtSD going to river 100% on this board. BB's first hand at the table.

5 handed
utg limps, hero isolates with J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in CO, folds to BB who 3 bets, both call.

flop 10sb : 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB bets, utg calls, hero calls

turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets, utg calls, hero calls

river: 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets, utg calls, hero getting ~12 to 1?

Should I raise this flop?
Will an unknown bet this board 3 times OOP with worse than a J? I figure I got utg beat about half the time.

I can't overcall against 2 villains in this spot, with one showing strength since the flop. Also I think a flop raise accomplishes nothing with mid. pair, med. kicker against the bettor and a caller in. You neither raise for value, nor for a free card, right?

so what's with the isolation? It sounds to me that villain will peel nearly every flop and chase every draw to the river. JTs doesn't do well HU against those types. Throw in an occassional donk semi-bluff and this is a clear over limp.

so what's with the isolation?

No merit in trying to buy the button and get blinds to fold so there's dead money in the pot?

Doesn't JTs fare pretty well HU vs a loose/passive, given that we'll be able to value bet him to death when we have the equity and take free cards when we don't?

Does anyone raise/fold the turn?

Edit: Actually, folding's horrible. I think I like a raise here though.

I don't mind overlimping here, but the SB was a definite TAG and I think I'd prefer the LPP to myself with free money in the pot.

I like your flop and turn calls. You have no read on this guy, but you have a marginal hand against a BB 3-bet so you can't like it too much. By keeping the calling station around you make the BB play more honestly, which sets up an easy river fold.

I don't think you're doing that well against his range though and you have no showdown value. JTs flops a lot of good flops though and you have position, so encouraging others to come along here can't be that bad. I raise JTs first in from any position and I also value raise it after a bunch of limpers, but I think there is merit to overlimping this hand. I usually make this raise pre-flop as well though. I think I might be too loose with my isolating range.
