btw are equity against the top 9% after this turn is around 37%, so it's just a question of how often he donks this with a worse hand.

9/1.2 doesn't 3bet and donk-bluff this too often here in pegboy land. It's classic scared donkey with the best hand play almost every time from those numbers.

Fold the turn.

so do we just call down from the flop? or call the flop and fold when the ace turns?

No just call down. If you had a read that he'll check QQ-99 on the turn, then you can fold. A lot of these guys don't though.

Given your flop raise, fold though.
