Hand One - I reraise this Pre-Flop cause I don't want to be making hard decisions out of position.

Hand two - I think this is fine, His mini-raise could be a set, it also could be JJ,QQ,KK finding out where they stand. The only set I can really see here is TT and maybe 99. You have a good equity advantage over a range of 99+

Id say hand 2 is cool, hand 1 is like bet/fold flop for me.

Hand 1 repop it preflop. Proceed with caution on this board. You are behind more often then you think.

That flop is so bad in hand 1 that I think you should bet/fold it since you only flat called his preflop 3 bet.

With a read you can get it all in but against a typical NL 25ers preflop 3 betting range you are crushed.
