Results are not really relevant to a good strategy thread. The purpose is to assign a range to villain and talk about decisions based upon that range and villain's actions to that point. The outcome is not important, though in 75% or threads the hero loses.

I never post results in a strategy unless asked and then I usually PM them to the curious party.

obv it depends on a hand by hand basis, but if a portion of the debate wrt to a specific hand is "is hand X in his/her range?", then the results matter.

Even though such results for any individual hand wont give you much info, that info summed over all hands that a person reads on the forums can definitely give some feedback as to whether they tend to be too loose/tight when assigning ranges to others.

I just looked at the various strat forum stickies, about half handle it this way and half have a blanket "no results" policy. My point was that results at the end of a thread are generally helpful and should be encouraged.

I've always read that as being, "Don't include results in the original post when starting a discussion thread." I don't think there's any prohibition, cultural or formal, on posting results later if they are useful or interesting for the discussion.

Here's a little secret about the white text:

When I tilt my head down and look up at my screen at about 30 degrees, I can see the stuff posted in white.

That's actually the angle I keep my screen at, so white text sucks for me.
