3.30 shootout FT- any advice?

my third FT in this particular tournament, 2nd and 8th before. Just wondering about your approach to this, what has worked for you in the past, what should my objective be here? (besides winning of course) i haven't played many one table sit and go's before which this essentially is.

i imagine play is pretty awful, so id stay kinda tightish and not try to steal as many blinds as i normally would...
3b shove with more hands though.
