[/ QUOTE ] The only reason that I voted for TSB over FF was the fact that Dragon Warrior was the first RPG I played, and THAT is what got me hooked. FF may have been the first "modern" RPG that you could mix and match your party, but IMO the breakthrough in RPGs was actually DW3, with the multiple storylines that all come together (AND VIDEO POKER!).

Final Fantasy was definitely fun as a kid, but I think people look back on it and think it was better than it was because the SNES games and VII were so damn good.
