hi!

i'm relatively new to O/8 so at the moment i just play the micros. in this hand i'm not sure if a bet/fold at the turn was right (because of the paired board i wanted to know where i stay), or if i should have better check/folded. anyway i think, that i should not continue with a hand like that after his raise. am i right? thanks already now for your feedback guys!

This all just depends on the opponent. Against rocks, fold. Against aggro tricky guys, you probably still want to show this down.

the problem that it was an rather unknown opponent (70 hands V$PIP: 45), because i only have ~2.000 hands in my pokertracker-db at the moment (as i said i'm relatively new to O/8)...

I think it's only a borderline call because of the flush (may be outs), and my expectation that you'll be raised on trip T's and the str8, not just 2 pair filling up.

To me, just calling pre-flop was bad, if re-raising would have thinned the field. Then on the flop, your str8 is too vulnerable to lead out, without a re-draw to a better hand.

If you can check/raise a bet from MP2 on the flop and force out the tourists, you'll gain more info, should MP2 3 bet of just call.

If it gets check-ed round, then the T comes, I lead out, and fold to a raise.
