I'd be careful with charts like that. You're mostly interested in how often you'll flop the nut low, and how often you can profitably draw to the nut low when you don't flop it (but need to improve to win). In a practical sense you don't really care about how often you make the nut low by the river with something like 23.

IMO if you can calculate outs and discount based on rough probabilities of improving to a quartered hand or having your outs in opponents hands, you'll be much much much better off than you would be following some chart or hot/cold equity analysis.
