Default river value bet vs tight reg?

villian is 9.5/4.5/2.2 regular, I don't remember much history, but its the pretty typical I try and pick up small pots over and over, and dodge his sets

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

CO ($144.60)
Hero ($100)
SB ($93.50)
BB ($100)
UTG ($102.65)
UTG+1 ($148.10)
MP1 ($156.80)
MP2 ($187.50)
MP3 ($92)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP2 calls $1, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5, 2 folds, MP2 calls $4.

Flop: ($11.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $7, MP2 calls $7.

Turn: ($25.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero checks.

River: ($25.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero

anyone like a smallish valuebet like $11-13
if the river was the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and he checked would you bet?
if the river was a K or Q would you bluff?

Dont see too many Js in a 10/5s limping range. Take his 33-99 to valuetown.

I don't like it, with his tighty stats he is likely to have called your flop bet w/ a J. Just check it down and take the small pot.

how about if the river was an Ace, and would you bluff on a river King or Queen?

$11-13 sounds good here. It really looks like villain has nothing much here. You beat any pair but jacks (or an overpair, I guess), and I would be surprised if he had more than a pair. Question is, would he bet top pair if he had kicker trouble?

If the river had been:
Any A: I'd still bet. I don't see a player this tight calling your pfr with 35, so the straight wouldn't worry me, and there's no flush no matter what suit the A is.
Any Q: I can see 9Ts calling the pfr, so I might just check behind on this one and hope A high will take it down.
Any K: I'd probably pot the river as a bluff, yes.

obviously I'm not concerned about 53

I think he is less likely to call with a small pair on an A or K river, he might with a Jack, betting AT on a river A seems like it might be a spot where I'm good a lot of the time, just not when I'm called

I don't know how I feel about a river Q yet, partially because of T9 and partially because I think its a little tougher to sell having a Q than a A or K

I don't think I like full potting the river with a K, I think a smaller bet accomplishes the same thing against this type of player

I bet about $16 on a 10, Q, K, or A. I sometimes check an A, but would bet it against this guy although I would think he folds to an A like 90+% of the time.
