Yes it is down for certain things like trying to get your money out and back into your checking account. Just got off the phone with them and they told me just try every couple of hours. What customer service. And as you all know 7 days they keep the money then do the transfer on the last day. Same as when they load your account the money leaves the account in 24 hours and they hold it for 7 days then it magically appears in your epass account.
What I should have done was transfer all my poker room money to one site and then ask for a check from that site. I am getting a bad feeling about this. What kind of answer is "keep trying every couple of hours"?
