Im hardly ever this passive but I did not think he had the draw I played around 100 hands with him and he was pretty tight passive post flop

Raise turn, try get it all in asap. If he had a set i think he be beating alot more of the turn and rivr, looks like Qx that wants to get too showdown cheaply.

At 10NL you will see people felt with TPWK enough to make felting with TPTK +EV. The problem here is that while you're ahead of KQ, you're losing to QJ/QT/Q9/Q8 (not to mention all the other legitimate hands that make it to the river). I'm also wary, as when villains go from c/c to outright betting (especially at this level) there's a good reason for it. Turn call is okay, but fold river.
