FWIW I think this is a call with 22 or 76s. It's a lot closer with KK because a lot of your outs are dead.

you just said it was 8 handed. So you arent making the money if people get knocked out. You are getting set odds, not to mention you are ahead a decent amount of the time, AK, QQ, JJ, or some combination is possible

so utg had JJ, button pushed QQ, bb called with AK and utg called allin with JJ knowing he was reraised by hero? I think someone must really treat hes opponents as morons to expect not to see AA here..

I don't think you're ever ahead considering the actions of UTG and the fact that he is a solid thinking player. The only hands in his range are AA and KK...maybe QQ a very very small percentage of the time, but doubtful. That said, you do have set odds and I don't think I can find a fold here.

I really think JJ is too loose for given action, but even in this case we don't have pot odds to call.

I think a fold here is necessary. Even without consulting ICM, it's more than possible that an A is going to hit and you're going to lose all your chips. Yeah, it sucks that you invested 1/3 of your stack, but it was a fine play and there's nothing you can do about it now.

With all-in call call it doubtful that your KK is going to hold up. 7.5/1 odds to hit a set are not quite good enough.
