[/ QUOTE ] If I was trying to (enjoy my dinner)/(play in a poker tournament), and some loudmouth started complaining that he wanted a refund, I'd want him out of the (restaurant)/(venue) ASAP. THAT'S customer service.

I think that its possible that the disgraceful way that Harrah's has handled many issues so far this year boiled over with Harry and he just went off. I dont blame him at all.

If he had handled it like a man instead of a child, he probably wouldn't have been thrown out. If I'm playing in a tourney and some idiot starts yelling, I want him thrown out so the rest of us can play poker.

One of the CP Updates mentioned that John Phan (I believe) said the table was playing as if they were on the Internet, to explain the fast pace. Also, aren't the levels at 60 minutes?
