Techno Musak -- Opinions?

My roommate just got me listening to this band Justice. It sounds like disco. I thought techno music was for metro sexual eastern european kids, but I sort of enjoy this and feel dirty.

I am listening to Pandora which plays similar music to the band you originaly search for. Thats where this music is coming from. I'm not dyning that I chain smoke outside of rainy clubs and comb long greasy hair over the side of my head, Im just curious if I can listen to this music without having to do so.
