Strange river check raise

MP is the same spazzy (35/25/4) LAG from my other hand. I have notes on the SB:

Raised 69o in the SB when folded to and then waited for the turn with a flopped 2 pair.
Bet folded a mid flop after raising pre-flop.
Peeled an A high flop and then folded the turn in an unraised pot.
Bets fearlessly with A high.
Waited for the turn with just top pair.

He's 50/18/1.5. He likes to bet draws and can overplay in spots. He likes to slowplay.

What do you beat on the river other than a stone cold bluff? You are getting 10-1 but I have to believe that there is less than a 10% chance that a 1.5 c/r bluffs here.

Against a 4, I check the river hoping the 4 bets and that the sb calls with Ax.

i don't like the 'value bet' on the river against two guys ... MP clearly freecarded (and wont likely be calling)

the 5 has changed his hand drastically

this retard in SB likes his hand enough to call two on the fold ... he could have overs, bottom, a seven, of a straighgt

i don't think he calls enough with a worse hand here

also - if his check raise on the river troubles you when holding a marginal hand, like this one; then, it's probably best not to value bet
