Your never going to be a winning poker player unless you can practice bankroll management!! Losing 3/4 should never have if you play properly with right bankroll. If you can not understand or get control your tilt you need to look for something else to do.

He is right btw. Im lucky and only lose rolls at blackjack. Never moved up in stakes to chase losses or played HU. I had to give up party eventhough I could play there but they have blackjack. --> moved to stars and closed neteller account (so I cant move my money to where blackjack is): Problem solved.

Be creative

Dude don't quit, take a break and work on your game until your confident enough to play again. For me confidence is the biggest thing, along with bankroll management, like what everyone else says. One thing to remember is that when you start losing, get in the mindset that, "i had that money, but it's gone now." Deal with it and move on. If you stop thinking about all the money you have had and instead think of what you can do with the money you still have you will be a better player in the long run. A 1500 dollar built up bankroll is sweet but not impossible, and you have done it before and can do it again. Be humble and play within your limits. I have busted my roll a couple times, once drunk and once from taking shots and tilting. Now i play with my own advice. Try depositing 300 and do a personal sitngo challenge. I played fifty and did not allow myself to play cash or mtt until i finished at least fifty, since then i have seen my roll skyrocket. Good luck dude, Ryan

Don't quit.

Remember that BR-management doesn't have anything to do with less than $10'000 "bankrolls". Repeat until rich.
