If he's 2p2 then he may assume you are always betting the turn with a flush and will c/r you ai.

I've never done this but I'd say 250 is as good as 2x pot.

imo, an unknown is unlikely to check the river with the J

even if he did, he can't fold it now (even to the overbet) given the line that he took

I guess you can fold out quality 2 pairs more often, but I don't really use the overbet, so what do I know

way too big. impossible to sell a flush he's not folding a J. not that a bluff is bad but 2x pot sucks here.
