Default rakeupdate payment processor fees - how are they calculated?

Does anyone know how the rakeupdate.com calculates Payment Processor Fees when you withdraw to Full Tilt? I emailed them and apparently they charge is on full Tilt's end and they tell me they refuse to disclose how it is calculated.

I'm wondering does it matter if I withdraw $100 at a time or am I better waiting for it to hit a few thousand or does it not matter??

Thanks if anyone knows!

- Gene

AFAIK there are no fees for withdrawals, only deposits.
