Well I have actually heard the story first hand from daryn here is what he said to sum it up.

There are a lot of stupid people on this website and it's making my brain hurt I think I should gonna go ride a bike instead this is lame.

theory- edf recently had a thraed to rename the forum... obv he doesn't want to mod it anymore and it needs a new name
