Default AQ, but timing confuses me

I was debating yesterday to post or not post this hand and after rethinking it today i finally decided to post it.
First, i am aware, that i can`t misplay that hand very much, because every action ( not b/f) is viable.
2nd i was totally confused about the timing:
He used his timebank down to 10-5 secs on the flop. During this time i was already trying to find a line for the turn.

I would apreciate if you could add why you choose a specific action and which range you put him on.

Sounds like range of 44, 66, ATs/AJs.

With no info on player, would be inclined to check fourth to gauge villain's play, unless you've already decided you're calling an all in if he were to re-pop a 2Kish bet on 4th.
