I've read some stuff about premature ejaculation (PE) online and I'm still not sure if I have it. During sex, if I don't use a condom and I am thrusting continuously, I usually come in about 20-30 secs. If I use a condom, them maybe a minute. If I have a second round about half hour after the first go, then I can last a few minutes bc the physical sensation is not as great. So what I usually have to do is thrust for about 15-20 secs and then stop and change positions or do oral or whatever and then when things settle down, I can thrust again for another 20 secs.

I think I have PE but the thing I don't really understand is how someone can last even 10 minutes (like in pornos) of CONTINUOUS thrusting. Is it that they don't get as great a sensation as PE sufferers have? I have also read that one cure is to jerk off and stop just as ur about to blow and keep doing that and eventually , u will last much longer. Does that really work? I've tried it with no success.

how to tell if you have premature ejaculation:

1. do you ejaculate? (if yes, continue to step 2.)

2. when you ejaculate, does it happen sooner than all parties involved would like? (if yes, then you do)

Its really all in your head. I had myriad sex problems when I was younger ranging from PE to just freaking out and never getting it up. Its cause I'm insane and used to care what a girl thought of my experience (or lack thereof) in actuality they're just as worried you won't be accepting of them and are just as nervous.
