($10) 6 Max, 2BB left at 400/800

With only around 2BB is this a call/raise all-in with any two? SB has very regularly min raised my BB.

UTG (t3790)
SB (t3290)
Hero (t1920

Blinds 400/800

Hero is in BB with 83o (t1120) left. SB raises t1600 chips (t1690 left), Hero?
