Sorry, I meant 1-2 months per cashout. They have a max per cashout, which I think is $2000. You have to multiply your balance/2000 by 1-2 months.

OP, keep us posted (no pun intended) on your cashout struggle/success.

Also take a look at Casinomeister's where BetRoyal is on the Rogue Casino list for telephonic threats. Betroyal is notorious for non/slow-payment, but according to some players you might end up getting your money after a 1-12 waiting month period. You will probably be required to contact them often and they will tell you the usual "check is in the mail" "it's a Costa Rican holiday" (when it's really not) and "you will be paid in 72 hours"-lies.

Wouldn't really put my BR there.

Have a nice one

Their CS when I first signed up was really polite and everything, but their cashier blows. My cashout's been over a month now and I haven't gotten my money. After about three weeks they sent me an email saying they needed ID documents, which I sent to them. Then a few days later they sent me another email saying they got my documents and my cashout would be expediated. It's been over another week now and still nothing.

I'm also waiting for a cashout, have been waiting 5 weeks. I was chatting with them today, and was told that I should call them again after 4 hour, so he could have a meeting with the account department about my situation. They are lying so much so it's almost funny.

Sportsbookreview made some complains to BetRoyals CFO a month ago about delayed cash-outs, and was told that "... strict new accounting policies will keep payments from being delayed and will be in place later this month. " Just another lie...

Interesting about their new "payouts issues" button... I'm going to use it after I chat with online support later today.
